Kamaldeep is primarily focused on managing intellectual property assets of prominent Silicon Valley companies. This involves preparation and prosecution of patent applications for clients on a wide range of technologies including wireless networking, software, memory architecture, social networking, and user interfaces. In addition to patent prosecution, he aids patent attorneys conduct pre-litigation analysis and investigations relating to IP transactions. Kamaldeep received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering at Carleton University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa (Canada).
Kamaldeep has prior experience developing international patent portfolios for clients as counsel in Canada. He also has experience and involvement in providing IP services to early stage ventures working with all stakeholders including founders, angel investors, and venture capitalists.
